As the backbone of Imperium’s workforce, T&I is dedicated to interacting with the economy, the acquisition and exploitation of resources, and labor intensive noncombat tasks. T&I will not only ensure Imperium’s economic strength, but also provide needed equipment to the fleet and fulfill its logistical needs. Resource management and logistics will be essential to most ingame activities across all of Imperium’s divisions.

Strategy Section:
The sections primary responsibility is in planning more complex missions or campaigns with a fleet wide effort where T&I competence is required. The section is also working closely with Operations division and the first contact for others who require crucial support on high impact missions or working on Fleet Command objectives.

Intel Section:
T&I Intelligence will be tasked with gathering of information for Imperium strategic interests connected to economy, wealth and resources. The cooperation and liaison with other divisions like Science, Military and Operations is crucial for the section. Other responsibilities are gathering of community tools and infos that can help Imperium or working with Tech division to improve our own set of tools.

Training Section:
The main duty is to improve the skill set of Imperium members in T&I related activities by use of guides, trainings, courses and certifications. The section is not alone in this but draws on support of the profession based sections, Intel section and heavily integrates with Academy division.

Industry section:
As the Industry Section covers a wide variety of industrial gameplay elements that are available in-game, it currently contains three areas of focus that its staff will fall into: Resources, which covers mining, fuel collection (when viable) and refining; Trade & Crafts, which contains trading, and when available, manufacturing and agriculture; and Transport & Heavy, which covers salvage, freight, passenger transport, servicing (refueling, rearming, repairing, etc.) and construction.
